​1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, possession, and use of tickets for any of the events promoted on this website (the “Event”) and organized by LYS GALA (the “Organizer”).

1.2 By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, the ticket purchaser or holder (the “Ticket Holder”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 

1.3 The Event is a private gathering, and attendance is restricted to invited guests or those who have lawfully purchased a ticket through approved channels.

 

1.4 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and any updates will be posted on the official Event website or communicated via email.

 

2. Ticket Purchase and Entry

 

2.1 Ticket Availability and Purchase

 

  • Tickets for the Event are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse ticket sales to individuals at its sole discretion.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Upon successful payment, the Ticket Holder will receive a confirmation email with their ticket details.

  • Tickets may be issued in digital format or as physical copies, depending on the Organizer’s policy.

  • The Ticket Holder is responsible for ensuring they receive their ticket and must contact the Organizer in case of non-receipt.

 

2.4 Entry and Admission Policy

  • Entry to the Event is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket.

  • A government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) may be required at check-in to verify the Ticket Holder’s identity.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who fails to provide the necessary identification or whose name does not match the ticket details.

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the Organizer.

 

3. Event Admission and Conduct

 

3.1 Code of Conduct

  • Ticket Holders are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.

  • Any behavior deemed disruptive, disorderly, offensive, illegal, or unsafe may result in immediate removal from the Event without a refund.

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated.

 

3.2 Dress Code

 

  • The Event may have a formal or themed dress code. Ticket Holders must adhere to the specified attire as outlined in the Event guidelines.

  • Failure to comply with the dress code may result in denial of entry.

 

3.3 Prohibited Items


The following items are strictly prohibited at the Event:

  • Weapons, firearms, or sharp objects.

  • Illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.

  • Outside food or beverages, unless authorized by the Organizer.

  • Professional cameras, drones, or recording equipment unless prior permission has been granted.

  • Any items that may disrupt the enjoyment or safety of other guests.

 

3.4 Health and Safety Compliance

 

All Ticket Holders must comply with venue-specific safety regulations, including but not limited to fire exits, emergency procedures, and health policies (e.g., COVID-19 safety protocols, if applicable).

 

4. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

 

4.1 Event Modifications

  • The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the Event’s date, time, venue, entertainment lineup, or program content without prior notice.

  • In the event of such changes, Ticket Holders will be notified via email or through the Event’s official website.

 

4.2 Event Cancellation

  • If the Event is canceled by the Organizer, refunds (if applicable) will be issued in accordance with the Organizer’s refund policy.

  • The Organizer is not responsible for reimbursing travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to the Event’s cancellation.

 

4.3 Refund and Transfer Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • If the Ticket Holder is unable to attend, ticket transfers may be allowed only with prior written consent from the Organizer.

 

5. Liability and Indemnification

 

5.1 Assumption of Risk

 

  • By attending the Event, Ticket Holders assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

  • The Organizer and its affiliates will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

5.2 Indemnification


The Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, venue operators, event staff, sponsors, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their attendance or conduct at the Event.

 

6. Photography, Media, and Privacy

 

6.1 Photography and Videography

  • The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and commercial purposes.

  • By attending, Ticket Holders grant the Organizer permission to use their likeness, image, and voice in any promotional materials, media broadcasts, and advertisements without compensation.

 

6.2 Privacy and Data Protection

  • The Organizer will collect and process personal data (such as names, contact details, and payment information) in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

  • Personal data will only be used for ticketing, event communication, and marketing (where consent has been given).

  • The Organizer will not sell or share personal information with unauthorized third parties.

 

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
